Impact Property Services operates in full compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as well as all State and local requirements. We have also been recognized as an IPM leader by the King County Health Department, with whom we partnered, providing consultation and training services under the HUD Healthy Homes Grant.
