Impact Property Services provides ongoing support for all Seattle Housing Authority properties and facilities. Our highly skilled team includes electricians, carpenters, maintenance mechanics, plumbers and industrial cleaners. Maintenance and repair staff are available 24 hours a day.
If you are a resident experiencing a problem, call your building manager and let them know as soon as possible. After-hours emergency calls will automatically be logged with our emergency dispatch system.
