Impact Property Services' hazardous materials division has been responsible for all mold remediation projects for Seattle Housing Authority properties. We feature a professionally trained staff, and have both the equipment and technical expertise to deliver first-rate mold services.

IPS mold consultants are certified by the American Lung Association in working with mold and moisture in buildings. Our mold consultants and workers have also received NW Labor Union certification in microbial remediation
