Impact Property Services' hazardous materials division has many years of experience performing lead-based paint (LBP) evaluations, testing and LBP stabilization in pre-1978 residential properties. We have worked extensively with Seattle Housing Authority, Section 8 landlords and other low-income housing agencies.

- Lead-Based Paint risk assessor
