Impact Property Services provides quality, reliable and competent hazardous materials services to clients in the greater Seattle area. This includes work with asbestos, lead-based paint and mold.
Our employees are professionally trained and highly motivated to provide the highest quality of service and safety to our customers. We have years of experience working in units of all sizes, from studios to large, single-family houses. IPS works in both occupied and unoccupied units, throughout the greater Seattle area.
Impact Property Services' special qualifications include:
- WA/CTED Certified Firm for lead-based paint activities targeting housing and child-occupied facilities pursuant to Chapter 365-230 WAC.
- L&I Asbestos Certified workers, supervisors and building inspectors
- US EPA Region 10 and NW Labor Employees Mold Training in mold and moisture in buildings, as well as microbial remediation
