Impact Property Services is a division of Seattle Housing Authority. We are made up of a number of business units, each providing high quality property maintenance and repair services to Seattle Housing Authority and other entities in the affordable housing industry.
Our emphasis is on quality, reliability, convenience, customer service and intra-organizational networking. Our services include solid waste; pest control; hazardous materials management, consulting and remediation; landscaping; building maintenence and repair; and janitorial services.
